Article 1 – Mobile Trivia Service
1.1 Djugo is a premium mobile non-subscription trivia service which offers quizzes with multiple choice and open ended questions etc. You can play the quiz by answering the questions and collecting points in order to become the winner.
1.2 Available Carriers:  The Djugo service is available on AT&T , T-Mobile®, Virgin Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Cricket, Alltel, NTelos, US Cellular, Cincinnati Bell.
1.3 Open only to permanent, legal United States (“U.S.”) residents who are physically residing in one (1) of the next U.S. and the District of Columbia that are of the age of majority:
Alabama, Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Florida, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, New Jersey, New York, New Hampshire, New Mexico, Nevada, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming, Virginia.
Residents of Alaska, Arizona, Colorado, Delaware, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Iowa, Louisiana, Montana, Maryland, Tennessee and Vermont are not eligible to participate in the Djugo game and or win prizes.
Article 2 – How to play
2.1 To participate in the Djugo service, please enter via internet.  If you come across one of the Djugo-promotions on the internet, you fill in your cell phone number on the landingpage.
2.2 After filling in the your number on the landing page, Djugo clients will receive a free of charge message containing the PIN code (used for confirmation) and all applicable terms and conditions (pricing, info, how to end). The clients are asked to insert the PIN code on the landing page in order to start playing, by doing so they agree with the terms of use.
2.3 After inserting the PIN code the client becomes active and they will first receive a free of charge confirmation message containing the applicable terms. After the confirmation message, the first question will be shown on the landing page and will be sent to the user via text. This second message is the first premium message charged at $1,99.
2.4 End-user may choose to answer the question. Each correctly answered question will earn the client points. No points will be awarded for incorrectly answered questions. In case of an incorrectly answered question, you will be informed that the question is not correct and you’ll receive a new question. Upon answering the question, the system will continuously send additional questions each time you answer the previous question. In the event no question is answered by you, no additional questions will be sent.
2.5  Via free entry method: You can also enter the contest free of charge by sending an email to [email protected] Please provide next information in this email: what is the campaign (prize) you would like to play for, what is your (cell) phone number, what is your name and what is your email address.
After sending this information you will receive an email response with 25 questions. After filling in your answers, you can email the list with your answers to [email protected] You will then receive a new list with another 25 questions to solve. The maximum number of questions you can solve is 50 per campaign.
2.6 This service is not a subscription service. You will not receive any messages if you don’t play. For more information, please check the FAQ. On the website or contact our customer service, by telephone or e-mail. The contact data can be found on the website under ‘Contact’ section.

Article 3 -How to end 
3.1 How to Opt-out: To opt-out of the Djugo service, text “STOP” to 44644 and you will be unsubscribed from our service immediately. We will send you a free of charge confirmation via text that you have been unsubscribed and you will not receive any additional messages unless you register on for one of our campaigns again.
Article 4 -How to get help
4.1 To get help, email us at [email protected], or call our toll free number at 1877 778 4715. From your mobile phone, you can request our contact information at any time by texting HELP to 44644!
Article 5 – Fees:
5.1 Messaging and data rates billed by your carrier may apply, depending on the terms of your individual mobile service plan. The costs are $1,99 per received message, each additional question costs $1,99, shown on your cell phone bill or deducted from your prepaid balance on your cell phone account and will appear as Djugo.
5.2 Spending caps are applicable for the Djugo service. Upon spending $50 and $75 the users will be blocked until they actively de-block the service via text in order to continue to play. The users will be sent a free of charge text message informing them that they have spent $50, respectively $75, and asking them to confirm if they would like to continue by texting the word MORE to the Shortcode 44644. In this message the terms of service will also be communicated.
Upon spending $100 the users will be blocked and will not be able to play anymore. The Djugo service is capped at $100 to protect the customers.
